The Hundred-Year House is this year's Lake Forest Reads Ragdale selection. The culminating event of the whole shebang is my conversation with Davis Schneiderman (one of the best interviewers I know) at Lily Holt Reid Memorial Chapel, on the campus of Lake Forest College. A night of Badass Historical Women! I'll be reading from Music for Wartime and chatting with Renee Rosen, author of the brand new White-Collar Girl and the bestselling What the Lady Wants. This one is going to be fun!
