The Hundred-Year House is this year's Lake Forest Reads Ragdale selection. The culminating event of the whole shebang is my conversation with Davis Schneiderman (one of the best interviewers I know) at Lily Holt Reid Memorial Chapel, on the campus of Lake Forest College. Along with the writers Jamie Freveletti and Mary Morris, I'll be in conversation with Chicago Tribune literary editor Elizabeth Taylor at the Women's Athletic Club. The event is brought to the WAC in collaboration with the American Writers Museum. Contact the Women's Athletic Club for more details.
