I'll be giving a lunchtime keynote lecture called "Researching Into the Void" at the Northwestern Summer Writers Conference.

I'll be interviewing Kim Brooks for the paperback launch of her amazing book Small Animals: Parenthood in the Age of Fear.

I believe this one is only open to members, but then I don't necessarily know what's up.

I'll be in conversation with Rabbi Adam Chalom for a discussion shabbat to talk about The Great Believers. The meeting is at North Shore Unitarian Church. All are welcome! Book sales from The Book Stall.

I'll be reading at Washington College in Chesterton, MD, at the Rose O'Neill Literary House.

I'll be with Jennifer Clement, Esi Edugyan, Madeline Miller, John Burnham Schwartz, and Andrew Sean Greer. A book signing with wine follows the presentations.
